What are the check-in times?

Rooms are guaranteed from 14:00 while check-out is possible until 10:30.

Reception has a flexible timetable that adapts to the needs of guests, so you should always inform Hotel Ancora of your arrival and departure time.

Can I leave my luggage at reception on departure? What if I arrive earlier?

Albergo all’Ancora offers guests free luggage storage upon request at reception.

Are animals accepted?

Yes, pets are accepted, but an additional fee may be charged.

Please note: Albergo all’Ancora does not offer services such as kennels, beds, etc. for animals.

Is it possible to reach the hotel by car?

Albergo all’Ancora is located directly on the beautiful lakeside promenade. This is a pedestrian zone and it is not possible to reach the hotel by car.

A few days before your arrival you will receive by Whatsapp information so that you can park your car temporarily near the hotel and unload your luggage.

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes, parking is available upon reservation at a cost of €7 per day.

Can I reach the hotel by public transport?

Yes, the Garda bus station is only 350m from Albergo all’Ancora. Buses arrive here both from Verona and from all the towns along the lake.

You can also take advantage of the Lake Garda ferries that dock at the port of Garda, 350m from the hotel.

Are gluten-free, lactose-free, vegetarian or vegan products available for breakfast?

Of course, the continental breakfast offers a varied range of products to meet the needs of all guests. We suggest that you advise us of any intolerances, allergies or preferences when booking.
