Bardolino e Lazise
Bardolino and Lazise are two splendid resorts on Lake Garda that know how to give emotions in every season. They are just a few kilometers from our hotel and you can reach them by cycling safely, even in the evening hours, along the Garda lakeside.
For those who prefer to walk, the Garda-Bardolino lakeside promenade takes about 40 meters, where you can admire sunsets you will never forget.
Malcesine
Malcesine, the pleasure trip between the lake and the mountains can be reached either by car or using public transport departing directly from the Garda bus station, 350m from Albergo all’Ancora.
Malcesine is a small medieval village, and today it is still possible to visit sites that bear witness to the past. The Scaliger Castle, in the heart of the town, has influenced the town’s culture and traditions. The undisputed beauty of Malcesine Castle and its location makes it one of the most beautiful wedding locations in Italy.
With the ‘Malcesine-Monte Baldo’ cable car, it is also possible to reach Monte Baldo, one of the mountains with the greatest biodiversity overlooking Lake Garda.
Water parks
By car or by taking the bus, departing from the Garda train station (350m from Albergo all’Ancora), you can independently reach amusement parks such as Gardaland or Movieland, Caneva Aquapark and many others.
Verona, the city of love
Verona is a city of history, culture and worldliness, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site and located only about 4O km from Garda. Reachable both by car and bus, Verona is capable of leaving a mark on your heart even if you just spend a day there, strolling through its Romanesque streets and historical monuments.
Venice and Milan
Some of the most beautiful Italian cities are easy to reach without having to give up a stay on the Garda lakeside. In fact, all you have to do is drive or take a bus to the train station in Peschiera del Garda, which allows you to travel in a day and visit such wonders as Venice and Milan.
